Steel Materials and Related Process

Steel serves as the supporting structure of many products. We are glad to introduce the steel materials and several crucial parts of related process combined with pictures.

1. Galvanized Steel Materials To avoid rustiness and corrosion, steel pipes are hot-dipped galvanized. Before powder coating, we also add a procedure of spraying zinc powder in case of the layer is broken in the preceding process. Zinc layer is deep enough so steel parts are not easy to rust.

2. CNC Laser Cut Cutting, drilling is no more a manual craft, CNC laser cutting machine is precise to get the required sizes. Considering the pipe connecting, we make arc cut which enables beautiful and tight connection. In the laser cutting workshop, with skilled engineers executing programs on the machines, efficiency and accuracy are both guaranteed.


3. Electrostatic Powder Coated Line Electrostatic powder coating, a reliable technique, features stronger powder adhesion force. Here, let me briefly explain the process. First, the steel parts are preheated with around 220℃. Next is the essential part of spraying powder which brings color to steel. Then we reheat the parts to about 270-280℃ to realize the powder leveling and curing. After sprayed parts are cooled, powder coating process is completed.
